Reflection

During our final presentation, we relied heavily upon the sources we gathered to create a cohesive and summative collection of slides. In doing so, we were able to improve various skills surrounding source usage. Each skill listed in Objective 8 was worked on during this process. We had to both integrate and quote sources so that selected passages made sense within the context of the slide and flowed effortlessly in the presentation. Sources that discussed an important point were paraphrased, summarized, and synthesized so that they did not consume a majority of the presentation, but were not reduced to an impractical generality. The reference slide allowed us to practice our citation ability. For these reasons, I believe I have achieved Objectives 7 and 8.
